How to pay for your course

You are requested to pay your course in full ultimately 14 days before the course is due.

If your payment does not arrive in time, we cannot guarantee your participation.

You must use our online shop checkout system to register and pay. You can find the courses in the category 'LESSONS' in the leftside menu in the shop.

We offer various payment methods.
- by bank transfer ('vooraf overmaken')
- by iDeal (only available if you have a Dutch Online banking account)
- by Paypal/creditcard

Bank transfer:

go to our shop, find your course, click the order button and choose 'vooraf overmaken' as your payment method.
Fill in the form and click next to check out. Confirm your order and wait for the confirmation email to arrive.
Then pay the total sum in Euro currency by transfer to our bank acount number. You will find the bank account details in the confirmation email.
If any bank charges occur, you will be asked to pay them.
Please note the order number with your transfer!

iDeal: go to our shop, click the order button, and choose iDeal as your payment method.
Fill in the form and click 'next' to check out by iDeal, choose your bank and make your payment. Note: you must choose 'The Netherlands' as your country to be able to use iDeal as your payment method!

Paypal/creditcard: go to our shop, click the order button and click 'next' to check out, fill in the form and make your payment by Paypal or creditcard.

Payments by iDeal and Paypal are usually cleared within 1 business day. Please note that international bank transfers take several (sometimes up to 6) business days to clear!

How to cancel your course

Cancellations can be made up to 5 days prior to the course. You will get a full refund minus 5 euros administration fee.
From 5 days prior to the start of the course you owe the complete course fee; however, you are permitted to send someone else in your place. We only accept written cancellations by email or by letter. Tuition fees are not refundable if you arrive late or wish to leave the course early. Say it in Dutch will not refund any fees due to absence or illness.
Say it in Dutch has the right to drop a course in the event of insufficient participants. In this case, the fees already paid will be refunded in full.
