Prices

All our prices are presented in the european currency EURO, including VAT (BTW).
You can use our Currency Converter for your convenience. However, your bill will be presented in EUROS and must be paid as such. If you use Paypal you don't need to have a Euro-balance to be able to pay. Paypal uses its own converter.

Payments

You are requested to pay your complete order within 7 days of purchase.
We offer various payment methods.

Within The Netherlands:

Within Eurozone:

Shipping Cost

We calculate your shipping fee PER ORDER, based on total weight of the items and the destination. You can find the weight in grams in the description with each item (for instance: gewicht: 250 means the item weighs 250 grams)

Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout as follows:

NL= within the Netherlands
EU = within Europe
World = outside Europe

Delivery

Downloads: You will receive a download link within 48 hours (or earlier) after we have received your payment on our account. No shipping fee.

Digidutch Courses: You will receive a registration instruction sheet within 48 hours (or earlier) after we have received your payment on our account. No shipping fee.

Skype Lessons: You will be contacted via email within 48 hours (or earlier) to discuss specific dates / times to be scheduled. No shipping fee.

Goods:
We do our best to ship items within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment on our account. We use TNT Priority Mail for all our international orders.
Note: the buyer is responsible to pay for any additional custom duty or tax that may be charged by his/her country. Please check the regulations of your country before ordering.

Returns

Goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) provided you have notified us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the item(s) about your wish to return it. The item must be returned in the condition that it left us.

Downloads / CD-roms
Digital downloads, ebooks, CD-roms and courses/lessons are not applicable for returns nor do we refund them.
